What Is The Treatment For Severe Leg Pain?

I've had leg pain for the last four months with no diagnosis. My primary tried orphenadrine ER for a week, but it did nothing. I have been using opiates for the pain. It is bilateral and diffuse throughout my hips to my calfs. My neuro (i have chronic migraines) put me on 600mg of gabapentin with little to no relief. My EMG and bloodwork all came back normal. I just saw an orthopedist today who could give me no answers. All of my meds I was on then have either been DC or been discounted except my LoSeasnique. Could this be the cause?
