What Is The Treatment For Severe Leg Pain?

Hello i had injury 5years ago and i have low back surgery ,but the surgery failed and now i'm suffer more after 5years of surgery i have one numb leg and now is pass to other leg is very painful ,and i will like to know why my scar is very swelling and purple and very painful is normal?
