Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query i have really bad pains in my lower stomach and have the need to wee all the time even after i have just urinated and after i wipe i have had a wee i get watered down blood on the tissue

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Your symptoms are classical of a urinary tract infection.
I would advise you the following:
First of all to send the urine for examination- routine, microscopy, culture ans sensitivity. This is very important because even a single dose of an antibiotic can alter the reports.
Also send blood for examination.
Ultrasonography- as to what may be the primary cause.

To get started on the proper treatment and care:
Antibiotic.
Urinary alkalinizer.
Drink plenty of oral fluids.

Change over to another antibiotic as per the culture ans sensitivity report if needed.
