What Is The Treatment For Severe Nasal Polyps?

severe nasal polyps
symptoms: breathlessness, eye itching, ear itching, mild headaches, nasal blockage due to polyps, NO runny nose
was under corticosteroids (fluticasone propionate), and now under oral steroids (defcort)
no relief from symptoms.. what to do next?

hello, thanks for your query, extensive nasal polyposis will not respond with oral and inhalation all steroids. kindly do ct pns it's extension or associated with any fungus. you require polypectomy and post op steroidal spray. kindly do ct pns and visit an ent surgeon for farther evaluation and treatment. all the best. take care.
