What Is The Treatment For Severe Neck And Wrist Pain?

i am a 34 yr old women. in start of winter, i feel severe pain from neck to waist mainly in hands. the bones starts aching & general physician have told me that the nerves running along with the bones are cause of this problems. I want to know whom should i refer, a orthopedic or a neuro specialist or physiotherapy? would NIMHANS be a destibation for me?
