What Is The Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ovaries?

Hi, prior to having my period this month (2 weeks before my period) I was having very bad pain in my ovaries and back, it came and went but when it came it was very intense. It varied fro. Side to side but mostly felt it on my right side. I thought I might be pregnant I took tests they came out Negative and then I got my period. My cycle is normally 5 days. I got my period on the 2nd of this month and now every time I urinate when I wipe there is dark brown (I guess old blood?) On the tissue. Also I have gotten this old blood on my underwear. This has been happening for 3 days. Also when I pee I get cramps in my back and ovaries.... what could be causing this?

Hi I think you had ovulation pain So you don't need to worry about it. If you are having pain during peeing then there can be some urine infections. You will need to examine your urine. Generally antibiotics are the treatment. Take plenty of water.
