What Is The Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Mild Erosive Gastritis?

Sir, I am a 43 year old male. have been suffering from acute stomach pain, right under the solr plexus. Have undergone Ultra sound of abdomen- Report Normal, Blood, urine stool tests Normal, ECG normal. Endoscopy of UGI has diagnosed Mild erosive Gastritis in Antral. I want to know the causes and the remedies please!

You must be suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome and pain in abdomen and the gastritis is a part of the problem of IBS. Take the treatment properly. Soft bland diet, Small frequent food, avoid all the foods and beverages that increase the problem.
Go for CT scan of the abdomen and colonoscopy too to rule out other problems .
like tuberculosis , Crohns and so on.
