What Is The Treatment For Severe Withdrawal?

I am going threw severe withdrall. I am on day 2 1/2 days, and my heart feels like it is going to explode. What can I do to slow down my heart rate. Total insomnia and also bad thoughts because of this feeling. I can handle everything except my heart. What can I take over the counter to slow it down? Can't take benidrill. I need help and I mean now. Rehab out of question, husband will not allow it. Been using advill and Phenergan , but can't stand like I'm gonna have a heart attack. WhAT DO I DO

U have withdrawl feature but thete is no drug available over the counter to slow down ur heart u have to consult doctor for further assistant
