What Is The Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Rib Cage?

i have low salt (below normal range) my doctor has tried reducing my ramipril from 10mg to 5mg for 6 weeks and now has tried cutting it outas a trial. i am expering odema and last evening about 9.30 had a sharp pain under myleft rib. i phoned my local out of hours drs. who told me to take a 5mg ramipril. my blood pressure was 193/81 pulce rate 76. now 2.15 i have sligt pain when i breathe deeply and my blood pressure is 183/79 PULCE RATE 76. i am almost 79 dob 31 3 1932. Is it ok to leave things until I speak to my dr,inthe morning?
