What Is The Treatment For Shoulder Dislocation?

I am 24 years old male. I am suffering from complete tear of ACL in left knee as well as shoulder dislocation on left side. I don't have any problem while moving on flat surface but I hesitate while moving on uneven surface. Also I can't put a foot forward to run since the knee becomes instable immediately. Is surgery essential for the knee since there is no pain in knee.
