What Is The Treatment For Shoulder Knot?

I developed a large knot on my shoulder yesterday. It is very itchy and it appears to have a cluster of little blisters on the surface. Almost resembling poison ivy. The knot does not hurt. I haven't been exposed to ivy or any other poison plant. I am not sure what it is.
