What Is The Treatment For Shoulder Pain And Stiffness In The Thigh?

my mother has shoulder pain, weakness and stiffness as well as back of thigh weakness, She is ok when she doesnt move although once moving about she is also fine. Some inflammation did show up in a blood test and she was recently injected with swine fue vaccination. Could you help please. She is 82. Height 5:4 and weight 5o something kilos
