What Is The Treatment For Shoulder Pain?

Hi, My name is Amar. I met with an accident an month before and got hurt on right hand shoulder. But no major injuries. I consulted a doctor near by, who took an x-ray and found nothing fault with regards to bone. But still I am suffering from pain every day and cannot work normally as I do from left hand. Please advise.
