What Is The Treatment For Slight Bleeding During Pregnancy?

hi, my sister is 2month pregnant but she has been having slight bleeding and was advice to go for a scan. the result of the scan said the futus does not have life in it that she should go for D and C. Is it possible for a 2 months futus to have life or what could have been cause of this and the solution . thanks

1. Its not necessary to get D&C done always, in this time of pregnancy even medical termination also can be tried. ( as it has less futures complications than medical termination)
2.Yes fetus have life ( heart beat from 5 weeks time )
3.There are multiple causes for this , hormonal / uterine pathologies, ovarian pathologies.
4.Please evaluate the cause, for future normal pregnancy.
5.suggest a good followup in the future pregnancies, good rest in first trimester period. ( less mobility )
