Hello, Your symptoms are due to poor hygiene. Take bath regularly and change all your clothes from inside out. Avoid use of harsh soaps or body products that have chemicals as they cause irritation or infection. Use only herbal products. It may cause redness, itching, discomfort but do not touch or scratch. Your symptoms are indicative of balanitis, it will resolve by practicing good hygiene. Use natural, unscented soaps and pat your penis and the area under your foreskin dry. Apply Hydrocortisone ointment on the area affected. If your symptoms linger or don’t improve after a couple of days, get clinically examined by a urologist. You may have fungal infection. You may need to apply antifungal creams, clotrimazole on the area affected. Take a course of antibiotics, metronidazole (Flagyl).
