What Is The Treatment For Sore And Swollen Vagina?

Had sex two days ago, now my vaginal area is somewhat soar and a little swollen, no discharge has occurred. However it stung a tiny bit after I peed today, should I be worried? This is the first time this has happened...the sex was fairly rough..does that have to do with it?
