What Is The Treatment For Sore Blister In The Throat?

Last night after eating poached salmon with caper salad I felt as if something had got stuck on the roof of my mouth. I could feel it getting bigger and little sore. After about an hour it went down (like a blood blister) but this morning it still feels a little strange. Do you think it was just an allergic reaction?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms can be related to a food allergy.
So,first of all I suggest to avoid caper salad.
I also suggest using antihistamines such as Loratadine 10 mg daily.
I recommend to drink liquids and eat plain foods.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
