What Is The Treatment For Sore Throat,fever And Lumps On Uvula?

I have 3 smalls lumps on my uvula. one on the side, and two towards the soft palette. I have been hacking up dark mucus with blood it in as well. I have been feeling sick for the past 5 days. My original symptoms were no apetite, a 101 fever, migraine, nausia and stomach pain, and sore throat. I am concerned because I no longer have a fever and my apetite is fine, but I still wake up with a daily migraine and the lumps on my uvula are increasing, as well as the throat pain.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history about fever, lumps on uvula and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon.
Proper clinical evaluation and investigations.
Proper antibiotic coverage, anti-inflammatory medications.
Tests of blood and urine and the phlegm.
Biopsy and removal of the lumps to see whether it is inflammatory or cancerous.
Such confirmation at the earliest is very important.
