What Is The Treatment For Spasms In Upper Abdomen?

I've been having bouts of spasms in my upper abdomen. It starts with a pain in my throat then in a few minutes i start having a crushing feeling in my chest region and abdomen. When this started (couple months ago) they would only last a minute or so. Now they last as long as ten minutes.

Hi,
Assuming that you do not have any chest or cardiac problem you need to undergo two investigations , an ultrasound of the abdomen and if required an endoscopy. If both are normal then yoga will help.
