What Is The Treatment For Speedy Recovery After The Scoliosis Surgery?

Hi I amm 33 years, 144 pounds, 5ft 10. I just had scoliosis surgery. What are the best practices for speedy recovery after? I am almost four weeks post op, my chest is very tight whenever I lie or go to get up. I am very stiff and my rib hurts (it had been cut). Please advise on best practices. I feel as though I am not progressing.
