What Is The Treatment For Spinal Disc Herniation L3-l4 Level?

sir my mom is 48 years old she is struggling from back pain for the past 10 years and have taken various treatment in physiotherapy,ayurvedic massages,siddha and so on.... the recent mri report says, *posterior disc bulge without nerve root compression is visualized at L3-L4 level. *circumferential disc bulge is visualized at L4-l5 level.The bulging disc indent the anteroir thecal sac and minimally impinges the L5 nerves. Minimal narrowint of the neural foramina visualized at this level. One of the famous doctor in india suggests for a surgery and in the second opinion another experienced doc suggests to continue with physiotherapy and pain killers. sir what to do she experience s immense pain in lowe back and she says more pain in the legs and lower part of the feet. sir what is the solution for this problem
