Stomach cramps can indicate bowels obstruction. Especially when lasting for so long. Due to some intestine narrowing or lump, the stool can not get through the intestine what gives cramps. This cramps are the symptom of intestine trying to force the stool through the obstruction. So if your abdomen is also bloated, you have nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea please visit your doctor as soon as possible. Abdominal X-ray should be done at first. If you are over 50, colonoscopy is necessary.
Hope this will help. Regards.
