What Is The Treatment For Swelling Of Face?

Hi I've just had a call of a friend asking for antibiotics because she thinks she is having a bad reaction to cocaine she said her face has swollen slightly and it has happened before and doctors just gave her antibiotics, I was going to call her an ambulance but she insisted I didn't. What would be best to do right now ?

better get an examination done at the hospital. get her admitted first. better not to give any antibiotics when it is not indicated. there are different modalities to cure reactions.
