Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi. I developed a sudden selling and bruising on the outside of my foot underneath the pinky toe. It started to get better, swelling went down and bruising going away. I walked a lot with no problem, then went to the gym and worked out on the elliptical for a half hour and had no pain. then several hours later it all came back. I don't know what I could have done to begin with.
