What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Chin?

Yes, about 5 years ago, I became very tired, gained about 30 lbs, and developed what looks like swollen skin on my chin and the area above my nose on my forehead. I have body aches. Feels like the flu, but no other flu symptoms. My skin tends to be hyper sensitive. (best way to describe it.) Have been to the doctor, and was told I had fibromyalgia. Are all of these symproms usually related to fibromyalgia? Also, Doctor said my anas ?? were high. Don't know what that means, but he initially thought I might have lupus.
