What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Face?

The right side of my face under my eye has been severely swollen for the last two days and is painful. At first I thought a tooth abscess but now can feel lump under swelling. Pain is in gums and cheekbone. Been taking Ibilex and nurofen for two days with no change
