What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Feet?

I am a 25 yr old woman with a kid of 3yrs old,had a cesarean section then.iam having severe pain in my feet past few days and my feet seem to be swollen.The pain is on full foot not any particular area.I am not able to stand for sometime too.I dont have any other health problems but get backache when iam strained.I have got all my physicals done 6 months back and all reports are normal.I do not wear heels.Please suggest.The pain is getting unbearable.
