What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Foot And Ankle?

i started with a pain on the top of my right foot wit some swelling the pain and the swelling is spreading and is now travelled to just above my ankle. It feels bruised even though there is no bruise visible, I have not had any injury or sprains and am baffle as to how and why this began.
