What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Knee?

My wife is having knee joint pain/swelling for several years and we have gone through alopathy, ayurvedic & homeopathic treatments and the relief is temporary only. Even though she is walking around, the pain is troubling her a lot. I just came across SPMF Therapy treatment at Bangalore SBF Health Care Hospital. Can we rely on this for permanent cure. We are reluctant about surgery. Pl help us with your opinion
