What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testicle?

My left testicle began getting sensitive and after a week it felt larger.. I visited a CareNow clinic and the doctor prescribed me 'ciprofloxacn 500mg' I been on them three days and I'm not sure if It's helping. It is still very sensitive. The doctor also recommended I get an ultrasound. I read online I need to see a Urologist. I don't have medical care so this is a big debate on what to do next.

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
?Orchitis with ?Hydrocele Secondary.Other non-infectious causes like accompanied Varicocele ? Inguinoscrotal hernia.
Seems you need further care with Urologist,as the Ciprofoloxacin is not helping you in 3 days time.
But I would suggest you to wait for -1 week, and there after assess the pain regression and then Consult Urologist.Get assessed for non-infectious accompanied causes and CBP-Chronic Bacterial Prostatis -from ? un-protected sex- you had earlier.
Treatment-
Would be as suggested above with Urologist,after evaluating the case as suggested above.
Further care would be managed by expert Urologist if need be.
