What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Thigh?

i was doing the splits during dance practice and i heard a loud pop in my left thigh. within an hour, my leg was stiff; it was painful to sit, and i was unable to even limp around because the back of my thigh was severely swollen. Now in the past week it's extremely bruised and it doesn't appear to be getting better. What do you recommend i should do?
