What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful White Color Vaginal Discharge?

I have been experiencing vaginal swelling, burning and redness for 2 weeks. Ive also noticed some white discharge and white residue Around my labia. This has also been accompanied by A large, swollen bump on the top of my rectum. It burns when I urinate and deficate, both my vaginal (labia) and anal areas are red. I also had sore throat with these symptoms. My primary physician prescribed azithromycin 250 mg dose pack, which cured the sore throat, but not the genital issues. I m worried it might be an STD. Do you have any advice? I m trying not to panic.

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Your symptoms suggests you are suffering from sexually transmitted disease like gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal swab test, cell culture, VDRL test,urine test PCR and NAAT tests for diagnose infection.
You should continue the azithromycin for 2-3 week for complete clearance of infections.
Repeat the test and clinical examination by doctor at he end of treatment.
If symptoms does not resolves
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using v vaginal plus wash.
Drink plenty of water and drink juice of cranberry and orange.
Tablet pyridium or analgesic tablet. syrup cital
Topical application of clotrimazole plus steriod can be used.
Clinical examination and syphilis testing required every six month to prevent future complication.

Use safer sex practice.
Avoid sex till you cleared from infections.
Use condoms during sex.
