What Is The Treatment For Swollen And Painful Wrist?

I was snowboarding and I fell back on my wrist. It has been at least 24hrs and it still really hurts. I can move my fingers fine and without it hurting. There is minimal swelling and no discoloration but it hurts when I move my wrist back and forth and when I try to pick things up.
