White patch on left tonsil with swollen neck glands are suggestive a bacterial infection. - You need a good antibiotic cover which is prescription based hence go to walk in clinic. - Night sweats, indicate septicaemia. - Pain around kidneys and stomach may be due to entero-colitis as one tends to swallow the infected material from tonsil. It is better to get a clinical examination done so that a cause can be found and investigated like by Ultrasound and tests of blood, stool and urine. - Take a painkiller whichever suits you along with a PPI like Omeprazole. - Take a course of medicines for 7 days and see the results. IF the glands persist then you may need an Ultrasound of neck and FNAC of nodes and any further treatment if indicated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
