What Is The Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Under The Arm?

I have swollen lymph nodes under my right arm, shoulders, groin, and down both sides of my neck. I have had a mammagram and full cbc which came back normal. Bloodwork to check if I have lupus, ebv, or rheumatoid. Lupus came back negative but still waiting on the other test. I am having hot flashes, fatigue and some night sweats. Should I be concerned?
