What Is The Treatment For Tenderness And Pain In The Knee?

fell and hit the front of my right knee on January 28, swelling has gone, but centre of knee is tender to the touch and hurts when I kneel. I also get a slight pain (soreness or feel like a sprain) sometimes. There a also a dark mark on the area that is tender.
