Hello
once developed hydocoele rarely heal with medicines or antibiotics
if you can provide me more information like
Any history of trauma
Since how long you have this problem
Please upload me a photograph.

In my opinion you may require a surgery for its definitive cure
please revert back to me with details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
waiting for your reply
Best wishes
