What Is The Treatment For The Bleeding And Swelling In The Nose?

My son is 3 years old and he was jumping on the bed and fell and hit his nose on the wall. It bleed for about 2 to 5 mins, really swollen, and his nose and right eye is starting bruise. He was crying for about 20 mins til he fell asleep. His been asleep for about 2 hours now. Could there be something really wrong with him and what should I do?

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to dry nose.

For that you can use nasal saline drops locally.

Alternatively you can apply aloe Vera gel locally.

Along with that avoid hot and humid environment. Use humidifier.

During bleeding pinch nose tightly. Avoid lying down position.
