What Is The Treatment For The Degenerated Disc In L4 And L5?

Dear Sir, Namaste ! I have back pain since 4 months.My MRI report is as below...(1) laminectomy status at L5 vertebra with post operative changes at soft tissue posteriorly. (2) Disc degeneration L4-5 and L5-S1 levels.Disc dessication at L4-5 intervertebral disc.(3) Diffuse posterior disc herniation with extrusion at L4-5 level causing indentation of spinal theca (Lt>>Rt), narrowing of both neural foramina (Lt>>Rt), compression of exiting nerve roots (Lt>>Rt), secondry canal stenosis and lateral recess stenosis(Lt>>Rt). (4) Difuse posterior disc herniation at L5-S1 level causing indentation of spinal theca, narrowing of both neural foramina, partial compression of exiting nerve roots, secondary canal stenosis and leteral recess stenosis.(5) Straightening of lumbar column. I have no relief from alopathib medicine. Pls sugest me Homoeopathic medicine or other treatment apart from surgery.
