What Is The Treatment For The Disc Bulging And Degeneration?

I always have body heat, but no fever. I have bulging disc and disc degeneration, arthritis and fibromyalgia.Blood work came back and rheumatoid factor was high 38. I asked for a C-Reactive Protein test which came back in the normal range. I feel like this is inflammation why my body is always warm.
