What Is The Treatment For The Dislocated Knee Cap With Nerve Damage?

Hi. I am a 33 yr old female who hurt her knee 10weeks ago. I was told i dislocated my knee cap and done nerve damage as well.Since this happened i am unable to straighten my knee or bend it very much. I have been to an orthopedic surgeon and was sent to a pain specialist who gave me a Lumbar Symathectomy to see if that would help with the nerve pain.. My injured leg is now colder than the good leg since i had this procedure done.... Im over not knowing whats going on and not being able to walk without the aid of crutches..Please help.
