What Is The Treatment For The Hypo Vascular Lesion At The Metastratal?

sir, my scanning report says A2.1x1.5x4.1cm hypoechoic well marginated SoL is seen along the medial aspect of right foot. the lesion has its superficial limit about 3mm deep to the skin with its deeper aspect extending along the medial margin of the adjacent tarsal and metatarsals. the lesion is hypo vascular. what is your recommendation for future steps.
