What Is The Treatment For The Lumbar Spinal Stenosis With Bone Spurs?

Hi Dr. I am a 38 yr old white female whom was diagonosed with lumbar spinal stenosis with bone spurs on L4 and L5. Recently my back has been stiff and I have had some urine leakage and the other.. They will not do any surgery until I go physical therapy. What should I do? Thank you
