sir my name vijay pal and myage-69 my blood preesur-150/90 my problem is posterior bulge of L3-4 to L5 intervertebral disc,which alone with ligamentum flavum thickening and these levels, is causing comparession over thecal sac and exiting never roots bilaterally.
