hello doctor i hav already consulted an dermatologist for my skin ,he gav me keto max soap but that was not cured my skin problem ,i hav small small white dotted on my skin ,i hav this problem till six yrs,now my age is 22.i consulted so many doctors but this wil cure and again after some days it will come
Hello, From your description it seems like you have a fungal infection called pityriasis versicolor. It is caused by an yeast called malasezzia. Only soap won't suffice. Soap is good as a preventive measure. You may take 400 mg of Tablet Fluconazole single dose. A topical lotion containing selenium sulfide (Eg: Candid TV) can be applied liberally over the affected skin 10 minutes before washing it off during bath for two weeks.
