Hello,

Tessellated fundus is a routine finding in many individuals and it depicts a pattern in the retinal background. It does not warrant any specific treatment. There are many many eye hospitals in Bangalore which are excellent in cataract surgery. But the presence of RPE changes at macula require monitering by a retina specialsit too. Hence it is better to go to a tertiary eye hospital which caters to both the needs such as Narayan nethralaya, Nethradhama, Sankara eye hospital and so on.

Regards
