Hi Sir gud evening iam 27y married male,from yesterday iam suffering from severe wound in my testicals,i applyied quadriderm ointment but it is too severe as i couldnt able to walk or drive a bike,iam working in marketing field so daily i need to travel in bike in hot sun so pls help me regarding this.thanking u

if you are not having any trauma history,you might be fungal infection.try clotrimazole ointment for 5 days.acoid wearing tight innerwear.
