What Is The Treatment For Thick White Discharge?

So I been having this white thick discharge that smells like yeast for about a month now. Its an everyday thing I hate it because it stays in my underwear and also because even if I open my legs a little the smell goes right through my jeans. So I was wondering what I can do to make it go away soon
