What Is The Treatment For Thigh Pain?

I have a localised pain inside my thigh at the back. It doesn't hurt to walk, run or anything like that but if i press it it is sore. There is no red mark, lump or swelling or any other discomfort, it is literally if i press it or sit on that exact spot.
