What Is The Treatment For This MRI Report Of Back?

I had an MRI of my back done and this is the findings: FINDINGS: Multiple MR sequences were obtained, including sagittal and axial T1-weighted and T2-weighted images as well sagittal STIR images. Remote anterior wedge compression deformity demonstrated at the L2 vertebral body. Shortened T2 values demonstrated at the L5-S1 intervertebral disc. Shallow but relatively broad-based central to rightward disc material is demonstrated at L5-S1, without definite evidence of significant resultant neural impingement. Right posterior lateral L5-S1 annular fissure demonstrated. There is no definite evidence of significant central spinal canal encroachment. At least minimal encroachment is demonstrated upon the more inferior aspects of the L2-3, L3-4 and L4-5 neural foramina bilaterally, as well as the right L5-S1 neural foramen. Distal spinal cord and conus are of normal caliber, contour and signal intensity. No definite intradural extra medullary lesions are seen. There are foci suggesting hemangiomas versus focal fatty deposits within the regional marrow. Subchondral discogenic change is demonstrated. Multiple Schmorl s nodes are demonstrated. Visualized aspects of the kidneys are unremarkable. Aorta is nonaneurysmal. No focal abnormalities are demonstrated of the paraspinal musculature, as visualized. What would be the treatment you would suggest?
